House Rules
-Do not keep chairs outside, on the communal walkway. -Do not charge additional TV services to the owner's account. -Please treat our home with care and leave it as you found it. -Please conserve energy by turning off lights and appliances when not in use. -Keep AC between 70°to78°F. Electrical bill above $140 will not be covered! (For monthly stays only) -Primary guest's age is 25 or over. -Smoking indoor fee $1000. -Ozone treatment fee $200 -Dispose trash regularly. -Overstay/ late check out $30/hour -Pet cleaning fee $300/per pet per reservation -Extra guest over 4people is additional $30 per day. -No unregistered guests allowed on the property without prior approval. - Guests must follow HOA rules while using the communal pool. Guest agrees that if a cleaning or maintenance issue is discovered, the guest shall immediately notify the owner to send housekeeping or maintenance to rectify the issue. A partial refund of the cleaning fee may be issued at the owner’s discretion if the issue cannot be resolved by housekeeping. Guest agrees that notifications of maintenance issues, deficiencies or cleaning issues given at the time of check-out or after or that were never reported to the owner and not given the opportunity to correct at the time of discovery are not eligible for refunds or other compensation at any time.
