-Quiet hours are to be observed from 10pm-8am when the other unit of the house is occupied. - Guests should keep the house tidy and return dwelling in the condition found otherwise additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged or $30/h over standard 3h cleaning, whichever comes first. -Smoking indoor fine $1000. Please smock on the outside patios, away from the other unit doors/windows -Do not use utilities in a wasteful manner. Electrical bill above $150 and water bill above $100 will not be covered! (For whole house, for monthly stays only) -Do not run wall AC below 70 degrees. -Do not abuse appliances. Guests can use laundry for personal items 3 times a week, 2 loads per day. Extra is $3/load -Keep the lawn free of cigarette buds. Do not accumulate trash. Do not skip trash days. Do not keep food outdoors. -Do not dump dirt, sand, oil on mulch, rocks. -Do not park on the adjacent to the driveway walkway or on the sprinkler heads. -Use caution walking on pavers, supervise kids or elderly people. -Check-out: return the dwelling in the condition found, clean countertops, do dishes, start laundry sheets/towels, empty fridge, turn AC into the savings mode, turn-off lights/fans/ appliances, empty all trash cans and dispose in the outside containers in the fenced box, lock all doors/windows/gates. -Additional guests (over 2) $40/ person/day. Late check-out fee is $25/h -If Guest lets the dwelling get excessively dirty, the owner has right to ask Guest to leave the premises sooner than their check-out time and charge extra for cleaning fees and extermination fees. - Tampering and/or turning off security cameras and security system are strictly prohibited, and fines apply $250. -No pets allowed. If Guest has a service pet $400/pet security deposit is required and $200 additional cleaning fee. Using back yard as pet’s toilet is PROHIBITED, $300 fine.
