Amazing place for both a short or longer stay. A lot of heart and creativity was poured into the interior design of this Airbnb. All amenities are as described and you are going to feel right at home. The surrounding is quiet but you have a supermarket, CVS and the bus stop for the sun runner that gets you down to the beach really close.
Karina is a lovely host, very generous and considerate. I am very happy I chose this place and would absolutely visit again.

This place is a gem as well as its owner. Karina is the perfect host, very friendly, commendable, responds promptly to any questions. The place was immaculate. Just walking in, we felt instantly at home. The place is comfortable, had everything we needed. The inside is beautiful. You feel like every decoration was hung up with thought and meaning. We used the washer and dryer with no problem at all. Wifi was excellent. The location is great, walking distance to Publix, pharmacy, restaurants. About 7 minutes to Passe-A-Grille, a 11-15 minute drive to Treasure Island, depending on traffic. The outside is just as beautiful as the inside. A few sirens at night; what street doesn't have them. The terrace is very private and peaceful, surrounded by a "fence" of palm trees. We spent many night sitting outside enjoying the warm breeze. The area is nice and safe.Topping the prefect vacation, Karina left us with two hospitality gifts. So nice! I strongly recommend this place and I will return.

We absolutely loved Karina's home! What a special place! The layout worked perfectly for our needs. Coming from New England we were very interested in being outdoors and the availability and variety of sitting areas is incredible. Between the private shady patio out front and the completely private fenced in backyard area and the lanai, well, we used all of the spaces over our visit. One perfect evening we made a fire in the firepit out back and sat around relaxing, it was delightful. Another great evening, we grilled the fish we caught in the morning on a fishing charter and dined in the lanai. Perfect! The interior of the house was spotless, spacious and well stocked. We really enjoyed the fun, beachy decor both inside and out, there is such a relaxing vibe all about. Karina was very available and kept in touch during our stay. We would definitely stay there again and would absolutely recommend the home to friends and family; it was truly a bit of Paradise!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Karina's condo. It was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and perfect for our family (my wife and I and our two adult children). We played games on the dining table, cooked a couple meals in the kitchen, and watched a couple movies in the evening. It is nicely located. Not far from the beach or Tampa, good restaurants in the area, and a nifty miniature golf a few minutes away.

Karina offers a true Florida experience at Fat Flamingo. The home is lovely and full of surprises (may not be for toddlers. There are a lot of beautiful creations around the house that they will definitely want to touch!) But the area is nice and quiet. Nearby beaches to explore, beautiful places to sight see and if you just want to relax, you can do that comfortably too. Thanks Karina and thanks for the gifts too!

The coziest Flamingo Home Sweet Home! We were very fortunate to have located this cute house for Thanksgiving week. It has such an awesome layout with extra privacy! We had a family of 5 and it was extremely spacious with the 2 living rooms. The kitchen being open to the living room and having the serving window to the enclosed porch. The whole interior setup was GREAT! Then there is MORE!!! You walk outside to the Serene colorful backyard. The fresh flowers along with the beautiful art decor makes the best atmosphere. Our kids liked riding the bikes in the safe area. This house is the perfect LOCATION to Treasure Island and St Pete Beach. We will definitely return… we will definitely recommend! *Thankful for the best Thanksgiving Week*

Staying at Karina’s place was amazing. The apartment was super cute, clean and I love the privacy that me and my husband had by having 2 separate bedrooms. Karina’s communication was awesome. I actually booked 1 night less by mistake (silly me 😅) but she accommodate us with no issues and very easily. I highly recommend staying at her place. Was a lovely experience for my hubby and 2 kids. Wish you a safe and fun vacation!

what's great place, you won't imagine how well equiped this place is until you get there. I mean it has everything to the last detail. the decoration is also something else, she is really passionate about her place, loved it. we had a great time and I'm sorry I didn't book it for longer. price is just right, close to beaches, close to stores. really nothing to improve.

Karina’s place was fantastic! Great location with easy access to beaches and local touristy fun. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy drive to downtown Tampa, zoo, Busch Gardens, and TPA. Comfy beds with nice linens. Having two bathrooms with a party of 5 was perfect. House had all the necessities for cooking which was so helpful. AWESOME outdoor spaces!!

My wife and I loved this beautiful renovated 2 bedroom condo when we walked in it was like an upscale hotel. The location is close to everything on the Clearwater coast and highways to St Pete’s
Our host Marina so gracious and very responsive. We would happily stay there again an absolute Superhost!
